This Privacy Policy explains how Action SIP Studio ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use our website (actionsipstudio.com) and application (app.actionsipstudio.com), together the "Service".

We keep tracking to a minimum:
For statistics we only count sign-in and sign-out events, which lets us understand activity at an aggregate level without monitoring how you use the app.
We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. We also use your browser's local storage to remember preferences (such as language and theme) and to temporarily keep your current presentation so it can be restored if your session ends. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear these at any time in your browser.
We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf, under appropriate agreements, including: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, an email-delivery provider for account messages, and AI processing used to help generate presentation drafts. We do not sell your personal data.
Where data is processed outside your country, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards (such as EU hosting or standard contractual clauses).
We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise associated personal data, except where we must retain limited information to comply with legal obligations.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email info@actionsipstudio.com.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords, encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
